Payment

1. If I pay with my credit card, what will show on my statement?

Although you are billed by seedsherenow, you may sometimes see the payment provider website instead. If you do not recognize the charges, please contact us and we will clarify the charges for you BEFORE you assume they are fraudulent. Our processor is currently in Mexico, so you may see something in Spanish or under an offshore name.

Statements will not say SeedsHereNow.com 

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS VITAL THAT YOUR BILLING ZIP CODE FOR YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD MATCH THE BILLING ZIP CODE ON YOUR CARD'S REGISTERED ADDRESS. 

REGISTER THE CARD BEFORE USE AND MAKE SURE THE ZIP CODES MATCH. If the zipcodes do not match your card will be declined, even if the payment shows as pending and it could take several days for your pending funds to become available to you again. 

 

The processor is offshore. You may need to pre-authorize your card prior to ordering. 

We DO NOT accept pre-paid cards (or rather, we would but the processor doesn't allow it).

2. Methods of Payment.

To use a credit card - choose the credit card option just above the option for a money order. This will open up a new option of choosing a credit card. Please read what is in that box before continuing to order. If you don't preauthorize and keep running your card - and having it declined - we get charged and you will get locked out of the system for 24 hours by the processor for 'too many attempts'. 

We accept VISA and MASTER CARD*, as well as, CERTIFIED CHECKS*** or Money Orders. Please Leave the Money Order Pay To Area Blank or, if you feel more comfortable, make it out to SS MANAGEMENT. Once we receive the payment in US dollars, we will check that the payable amount is correct before processing the order. To ensure that your product is held until we receive your payment PLEASE Email us your Order Number and your Tracking Number (for the payment your mailing us) at [email protected]

 

*Additionally, our credit card processor is off-shore (non USA) and you MAY need to pre-authorize your card for an international payment regardless of what region or country you live in. To do so just contact your bank or card company and explain you wish to make an international transaction in the next 24 hours - they will do the rest! Your bank may also charge you a fee for an internatinal transaction. You should receive an email from the processor when your payment is approved. Sometimes they end up in SPAM so watch carefully. 

  

*** A certified check is different than a personal check. A certified check is guaranteed by the bank of origin. Please see your local banker for more information.

3. Which Currency will you charge me in?

Seedsherenow is a US based company we will charge you in US (USD) Only at the checkout. Your bank will deal with any currency conversions on their end. If you are sending a check or money order from outside of the United States be sure it is already converted to US funds.

4. How to apply discount codes

To use codes:

Check out as you normally would and choose payment method THEN go back to your shopping cart and add the discount code in the discount code box, then resume checking out. 

Discount Code box is located in the SHOPPING CART vs on the payment page. 

Make sure you hit "apply"

 

Please note: Money orders can be edited. Credit card orders cannot be edited. 

We do not do partial refunds on credit card orders. 

 

Please note: Only one coupon code can be applied to an order at a time. 

5. Exactly how do money order payments work?

When you choose to checkout as "Money Order/Check" and complete your order, you will recieve an automated message that states that payment or contact with the company be made within TWO WEEKS of the original order date. If you do not contact us, or your payment does not arrive within that time, your order will be CANCELLED and items will be RETURNED back to our stock. 

Money orders can be bought at your local post office, bank, or - in many cases - grocery or drug store. 

All Money Orders and Mailed Payments MUST BE in U.S. Dollars.

Please: YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER SOMEWHERE WITHIN THE PAYMENT - a slip of paper inside the envelope is great, or write it on the memo line of the money order but please DO NOT put the item(s) you're purchasing in the memo area!

Please leave the money order 'pay to/address' sections blank (preferred) or, if you're more comfortable, make them out to SS Management.  DO NOT MAKE CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS OUT TO SEEDSHERENOW.COM, PAYMENTS MADE OUT TO ANYONE OTHER THAN SS MANAGEMENT WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER!

LOOK CLOSELY AT THE FRONT OF THE MONEY ORDER: IF THERE IS A PLACE FOR THE PURCHASER (YOU) TO SIGN, PLEASE DO SO. OTHERWISE WE CANNOT ACCEPT IT AND WILL SEND IT BACK (THE BANKS WON'T TAKE THEM UNSIGNED). 

DO NOT SIGN THE BACKS OF MONEY ORDERS - that is our signature line.

DO NOT STAPLE OR TAPE YOUR MONEY ORDER/CERTIFIED CHECK TO ANYTHING. IF YOU HAVE IT STAPLED WE WILL SEND IT BACK TO YOU. THE BANK HAS SAID THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THEM IF THEY HAVE STAPLE HOLES OR TAPE ON THEM.

We STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you send your payment via a method with tracking numbers - such as USPS priority mail or Fed EX, etc. - then email us your order number and tracking number so we know it's on the way. 

Customers may have ONLY 3 active money orders at one time. NO EXCEPTIONS AFTER 11/15/18. If you have 3 and make a 4th the oldest one will automatically be cancelled.

We pick up our mail (USPS, UPS, FED EX, etc) Monday - Friday between 9:00 -11:00 a.m PST (west coast time). If your payment arrives AFTER that time on any given day we will get it the next day. IF it arrives on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we will get it Monday. 

95% of the time orders go out within 2 business days. If we have an exceptionally high volume of order-payments, it may go out the day after we receive it. 

You will receive an automated email with tracking number when we print your label for delivery.

Domestic orders are generally received by the customer within 3-12 days after payment is received into our office. 

Once a money order is received and has been processed no changes can be made to the order. Once the order status is complete the order is final. 

Wondering if we received your money order? If you have not yet received tracking - then we likely didn't get it. But we understand waiting and wondering is stressful. If you sent it with tracking - you should be able to track it and alert us if you think we didn't get it - we answer all the emails! If you have questions or concerns about your payment's arrival - please email our Distribution Manager Rebel at [email protected] and he'll let you know as soon as he can. 

6. What are coupon codes and how do I get one?

Coupon codes are something we create to allow customers to apply a discount to their order. 

Only ONE code can be applied to an order at a time. 

Coupon codes can be found in a few places: 

1. On our monthly SALES, which you can view by clicking the 'sales' tab on the main page of the website. 

2. On social media - follow us on our social media pages to find special codes

3. By responding to our 'review' emails - you can earn a 10% code for reviewing and a 15% code for sharing your first review. 

4. On advertisements that we put out in industry magazines, flyers, events, etc

5. BE ADVISED: ONLY ONE COUPON CODE IS PERMITTED PER ORDER. PERIOD.
