2. I signed up for an account, but haven't received a confirmation email yet... What gives?

Try one more time with the email address you initially entered. 9 out of 10 times this occurs because the email wasn't entered correctly. Try one more time and if the problem persists, please contact us so we can check the email logs and see what's going on.

3. I forgot my password... How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and look directly underneath the password field. 

You will see a link labeled:

"Forgot Your Password?" 

Click on that link it and you will be redirected to a page that allows you to reset your password.

4. Do I need to register before making a purchase?

YES. Our new cart reserve system requires you to be registered BEFORE you checkout. You can shop without signing in and then sign in during your checkout, BUT you cannot register for a new account during checkout. So please make sure you register for an account BEFORE you checkout.

5. What happened to the Next and Previous Buttons that used to be on the old site? How do I see all the products listed under the Breeder and/or Category pages?

We took out these buttons and integrated an Infinite Scroll. So all you need to do is scroll down the page and the next items will load automatically. This works on Desktop, Mobile and Tablets.
